Interregnum is great for a post civil war era playthroughs.
That said, the economy is drastically changed, AI is a lot more challanging at all lvls of difficulty, and there is a very reduced Tech tree for all factions. Sins of a Galactic Empire is great for massive capital ship battles (increased supply limits) and some great custom made maps that include various scenarios from different SW eras (clone wars, civil war, and invasion by the Yzong Vong or w/e).
